We want to hang as many quilts in the show as possible, so multiple registration forms will be accepted if some members have more than one they would like to show. If you submit more than one quilt, indicate what priority it is. We will hang all first priority quilts and take as many second, third, forth etc. priority quilts as space permits.

Each quilt must have the name of the quilter firmly attached to the back of the quilt. Entrants will be issued a check in/out form which must be signed when picking up your quilt after the show. Alternate plans to have the quilt picked up by another person must be specifically stated on the check in sheet.

Silent Auction Item Donation Form

We are hoping each guild member will donate at least one item to the silent auction. You may donate individually or go together to create a group item such as a basket filled with quilting or craft related items. We will need the following information by the February guild meeting to determine what will be needed to display the items.
