North Shore Quilter's Guild is a non-profit organization that helps Sojourner Truth House and Gilda's Club throughout the year.  We also supply hospitals in the Milwaukee metro area with quilts for "at-risk" babies.  Every March, we dedicate our March meeting to making these invaluable comforts for these children.

March 2006, making quilts for at risk babies.

This is the table where we tied the quilts.

One of the best things about getting together to sew

is the friendship,fun and food.

This particular quilt is one of many that some of our guild members

are helping to make to honor the marines that died in combat.

At the January 2005 meeting, Judy Levine presented the guild

with the beautiful mozaic quilts that we did for Gilda's Club.

The quilt above is one of three quilts.  Thank you to Judy

for all her vision and organization to inspire us to do such

a project!

This quilt is the second quilt for Gilda's Club
